These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cirqle ("we," "us," or "our") and getcirqle.ai. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Cirqle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Cirqle on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Cirqle is a professional networking CRM that helps you manage and maintain your professional relationships. Features include Gmail integration for automatic contact import, AI-powered follow-up drafts, weekly relationship digests, and relationship tracking tools.
To use Cirqle, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@getcirqle.ai.
Cirqle offers a free plan with limited features and a Pro plan at $12/month. Features available on each plan are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
When you connect your Gmail account, you grant Cirqle permission to access your email metadata to identify and import your professional contacts. You can revoke this permission at any time. Our use of Gmail data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

Cirqle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cirqle and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your contact data remains yours — we claim no ownership over data you input or that is imported from your Gmail account.
Cirqle uses AI to generate follow-up drafts and suggestions. These are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.
You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Cirqle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirqle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of Cirqle after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
